the staff was kind and breakfast was good.
When i called reception, no one ever answered the phone. That was annoying. also, i reminded me of i had to pull teeth to get basic information. if you didn't ask for the information, they wouldn't give it to you, and that seems strange to me.

the cleanliness was an issue for me. i found hair on the bed linens and the coffee machine did not work. i wanted to reserve parking in advance, but i sent a message and never received a response.

The metro station is right in front of the hotel, super convenient. i found a supermarket just one block away. That was really handy. the staff at the front desk were helpful, even when they were very busy. my room was on the 37th floor. I loved the view from up there.
the coffee machine in my room wasn't working, a minor inconvenience. i also noticed some hair on the bed linens, which wasn't ideal.
